While creating this painting, I wanted to explore the marriage of delicate contour curves and vivid kaleidoscopic color. How do our eyes traverse the terrain of the visual world and form an image in our living memory? Do those memories have a color or create warmth when relived? How potent is the connection between the physical sensation of touch and the warmth emanating from color?
